Captain's Log... Team Expansion...

I have been busy with my league match (a loss) and painting. The pitch from last post earned me extra gold for upgrades and such.

I have this theme going on with the league that instead of my 'fictitious' team being injured it is their off-pitch activities that cause them to miss games. I was a man down last game, used the rules for a substitute, and then promptly bought him so I have an extra guy on the team. So when I write that I am going for a layer I really mean an apothecary.

Instead of explaining a lot of 'stuff' I just post some pictures...

I have been working on a custom pitch and stuff for Blood Bowl. It nets me more 'gold' in our league and promotes the game.

The CornerStones are in-progress and as you can see... ready to throw the ole pigskin around the pitch. The red square is to place under the player with the 'pig' and of course 'Mr. Pig' will be watching the action first hand during play!

Captain's Log... Lost...

Oh how I am bogged down... and lost in a corner.

6th Edition has rolled out the 'What do I do now carpet?' and I have to get back into throwing a monkey wrench into things.

I suppose I could start off with my opinion of 6th edition after one week of the game being 'live' to the general public but there are so many opinions out there now, mine is just a little fish in a big pond. I'll give it to you at the end where it will mean even less.

I've been reading the 6th addition rule book trying to glean good information. I predict this...

At some point there will be an alternate warlord table in a new codex.

How do I know? Page 111, first column under Warlord Traits. Since no known codex has a 'warlord table'...

Captain's Log... Hobby Stuff...

Just a short post this week. I'm still going strong with my writing and trying to get a new 'tray' together for 'between' rounds in tournaments.
